Eleven short notes to the people at Lovable. Thank you for the time.

To Anton
You told me the work was the compound effect of smart people working close together, and reinventing how building works as AI changes everything. The harder half of that sentence is the first one. The model already solved how. The unsolved part is what to build, and why, without slowing the engine that makes the abundance possible. That's a tightrope, not a roadmap. It needs intuition, judgment, and the willingness to kill a bet the moment the value you thought was there fails to bear out. On the Stripe lens you and Fabian both have. The practices that translate are the ones I wrote out in detail to Fabian. Friction logs, walking-the-store, gavel blocks, mechanisms that made design accountability operational. I'd bring them. The harder question is the one about what to build, and why. The leader I want to be alongside you is the one who walks the tightrope in the open and writes down what they learned each time they wobbled. - Eli.
