    Sweating the details was the culture, not the policy. The consumer-facing surface was inseparable from the role. Walking-the-store quality audits, with leaders inspecting their own areas against an established bar.

  • Bet 02 · Filter

    Gavel blocks. Decision logs that prevented relitigation and kept teams forward-moving. Friction logs anyone in the org could write before launch, direct and frank.

  • Bet 04 · Multiplayer

    Directly Responsible Individual. Authority encoded as a person, not a process. The room could disagree; the DRI carried the call.
